1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (Available for domestic orders only)
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next day delivery (Available only for certain areas)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over Rs 399 (Indian orders only).

4. International Shipping
We currently don’t offer international shipping to other countries. Please note that international orders may incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whats-app to monitor your package’s progress.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may require photos of the damaged item(s) to process the claim.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

8. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held liable for these delays.
